Aron Eisenberg passed away on Saturday, September 21st at the age of 50. Why am I bring this up, and who is Aron Eisenberg? Aron is an actor most famous for his portayal of Nog on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. I had the privilege of meeting him a few years back at a convention in Springfield, MO, and he greeted my by name when I came up to the table. We had such a fun conversation, and that’s something that I will always treasure. With our interactions online he was always a fun-loving and caring individual. He was also a phenomenal photographer. I am fortunate enough to own three of his prints, my favorite being the image titled “Inspiration” (pictured below).
He and Malissa’s relationship just exuded love – my heart goes out to her, and to Aron’s sons in this most difficult of times. Aron, thank you for the love and light that you gave to the world while you were here. Thank you for giving us beauty in the most ugliest of times. You are loved and I will miss you.
